Meet The Hosts
Emmanuel St. Germain
Emmanuel joined Choice Mortgage Group in 2008 and quickly rose to become the top loan originator, later serving as Branch Manager, COO, and now CEO and majority owner since 2022. Known for his visionary leadership, he focuses on innovation, transparency, and creating a standout client experience. Emmanuel is also credited with launching the industry’s first loan officer retirement plan, helping LOs grow long-term income through their networks. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, beach days with his dog, and giving back through charitable causes, including his role as President of Impact 100 Men.
Sarah Biernbaum
Sarah Biernbaum has been a key part of Choice Mortgage Group since 2020 and now serves as Director of Business Development. With a background in communications and a passion for relationship-building, she’s played a vital role in the company’s growth—especially in shaping a strong operations team. Sarah thrives in the fast-paced mortgage world and brings energy and dedication to every challenge. Outside of work, she’s active in the community as a Diamond affiliate of the Realtors Association of Palm Beach, and enjoys cooking and spending time with loved ones.
